We partnered with Adidas to launch Pharrell Williams’ new incubator, Black Ambition, which aims to provide a pathway to success for Black and Latinx entrepreneurs. To authentically celebrate and inspire the community, we created a manifesto around ingenuity, determination, and resilience. We brought in award-winning filmmaker A.V. Rockwell, and together, made a powerful short film championing Black culture and rallying the community around a colorful vision for the future of entrepreneurship.
